It is popular to bring school groups to The Cinema, especially in the winter time. In early 2013 over 30 schools, mostly from England, had visited The Cinema. Next door is a restaurant, The Harbour, that serves delicious traditional Icelandic food, prepared in a modern manner. It is possible to arrange for a Harbour meal to be enjoyed while watching a show at The Cinema
